• Aesculus hippocastanum MT HPI 3.0% v/w – Known for its marked action on the rectum and portal circulation. Painful, blind, or bleeding hemorrhoids, with dryness and a feeling of constriction. Patients often complain of a dull backache and a sensation of fullness in the rectum as if it were filled with small sticks.
• Hamamelis virginica MT HPI 3.0% v/w –Venous congestion and passive hemorrhages. It is especially helpful in bleeding piles with soreness, rawness, and a bruised feeling in the anus. Profuse venous bleeding with great weakness, making it suitable in hemorrhoidal conditions with loss of blood.
• Hydrastis canadensis MT HPI 1.5% v/w –Known action on mucous membranes with tenacious secretions and fissures. It is helpful in fissure of the anus with burning, smarting pain, constipation, and continued straining. It also helps in unhealthy mucous surfaces that bleed easily and are slow to heal.
• Viburnum prunifolium MT HPI 1.5% v/w – Though chiefly known for uterine and muscular spasms, also for its antispasmodic properties, which extend to smooth muscles. In rectal complaints, it helps relieve spasmodic pain and irritation associated with hemorrhoids and fissures.
• Paraffinum molle album q.s.

Direction to use:

Apply 2-3 times daily on the affected area.
